Who we are looking for:
➢ Competitive, coachable, and tenacious individuals seeking a career in sales.
➢ Every SDR is seen as an Account Executive in training, with the goal of promoting from within
➢ Top performers can become Sr. SDRs in the first year and move into an Account Executive E role within 16 months.
Responsibilities:
➢ Participate in training to learn the industry, product, sales cycle, and competitors.
➢ Develop cold calling skills and prospect key decision-makers.
➢ Excel at SMB and SaaS sales techniques
➢ Maintain engagement with leads until they are qualified for demos.
➢ Partner with Account Executives to fill sales pipelines.
➢ Surpass monthly quotas.
➢ Receive coaching and feedback from sales managers.
➢ Partner with marketing on outreach campaigns
